L’Oréal EverPure Volume VoxBox Review

…Let’s talk products…

First things first, let me apologize for the worn product bottles. Clearly, I’ve been using this product a little too much and probably should’ve taken these photos before I went to town with them.

Now, I want to let you all in on a website called Influenster. This site lets you review products,  discover new products, read beauty news, watch tutorials and gives you the opportunity to receive free products to test and review. Pretty awesome, right?

Well, that’s how I received the L’Oréal EverPure Volume VoxBox… for da FREE. Funny story, the day I received my VoxBox, it was about five below zero in Chicago and the shampoo & conditioner were frozen solid. It took me about 15 minutes to unthaw them in the shower. Clearly, I was very anxious to try the products out.

Nonetheless, my first impression was that the product itself had a manly scent to it. I wasn’t quite sure how to feel about it at first, but I love it now. The smell subsides a bit once your hair dries and lasts for quite a while.

L’Oréal, overall, is advertising volume with this product and they aren’t lying. I have truly seen a difference in the volume of my hair, and just like the smell, lasts two or three days after the initial wash.

What I really love about this product is how soft the conditioner leaves your hair. There’s nothing I love more than tangle-free and soft hair.

My only concern would be the size of the product. I usually opt for bigger size bottled shampoo & conditioner so, if the size remained the same I’m not sure I would purchase in-store regardless of my positive review.

*I received these products for free/complimentary for testing purposes, but all opinions are my own.
